The $99 new-client special covers Standard Clean tasks in three maintained rooms of your choice when requested by September 30, 2026; a kitchen or bathroom counts as a room. Other cleaning, add-ons, offices, and post-event cleanup are quoted separately. Final pricing depends on condition and scope.
Standard Clean tasks on a weekly, biweekly, every-four-weeks, or monthly schedule. We agree on the rooms and frequency before service.
Office and small-business plans can include agreed restrooms, breakrooms, accessible surfaces, floors, and trash. The tasks and schedule are listed in your custom quote.
After parties, weddings, and meetings, we can clean agreed surfaces, floors, and restrooms and bag routine trash. Event size and any extra work are quoted first.
Choose oven, refrigerator, cabinet, window, laundry, dishes, or linen-change services when booking. The form shows each starting price and limit.
