Do you provide supplies?
Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are included unless the written quote says otherwise. Tell us about allergies, fragrance sensitivities, or products you want us to avoid.
How is my price determined?
Your flat-rate quote accounts for expected labor, property size, condition, travel, supplies, overhead, approved add-ons, and applicable tax.
Do I need to be home?
No. We can document an approved access method using our secure property-access agreement.
Can you take before-and-after photos?
Only with written permission. You choose what may be recorded, what must stay private, and where approved content may be used.
What if I need to change the scope?
We will document and price added or removed work before completing it. No surprise additions.
